For 72 days as I passed through Fitchburg to visit my son at UMass Memorial in Worcester, Taco Bell was along the route, and I'd stop in en route. While I like the food, this comment is meant in particular to thank the staff at that location. I've been treated with great respect and friendliness "beyond the call of duty." I''ll miss seeing Christian, Javier, Edwin, and several others whose names escape me . You've all been wonderful. Thanks, folks!
I’ve always tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but yet am I always proven wrong. Today I had ordered an extra chicken, chicken quesadilla and barely received a regular size portion. For paying extra, I expect my portion to ATLEAST look extra. Also decided to get an order of Large Nacho Fries to only be met with a half empty container of fries. No longer worth it.
