“First time here. Fast service, and food was great. I had the pepperoni pizza bagels on onion bagels and the Love potion drink. Visited the Easthampton location“

“I’d totally give 5/5 if the consistency stayed the same. It’s happened a few times now where a small part of my drink gets missed- like yesterday, I used my reward to order my usual maple cinnamon oat latte, but it tasted burnt, kind of like decaf, and didn’t have the maple syrup, which is almost $2 itself. It might seem small, but those little details really make or break it for me, especially since it’s part of my morning routine. I used to be a barista, so I totally get how busy it gets, but keeping things consistent is what keeps people coming back. That said, everyone here is always super kind! When I broke my foot and was on crutches, a staff member even brought my coffee out to my car so sweet :)“
