I picked up Yup beans at the Old Creamery in Cummington because the brewed coffee they were serving smelled good, and it was way better than I was expecting. Really wonderful coffee.
I recently purchased a freshly-ground bag of Bali Blue Moon YUP coffee at Atkins Country Market in Amherst, and I can't say enough how wonderful this coffee is! The best part is the smoothness of it, without the bitterness, which enables me to drink my coffee without added sugar - and still enjoy it. I'm happily spoiled now and unable to return to buying grocery store coffee in the can.
Yup Coffee is the best! The owners, Liza and Matt, are both incredibly friendly. I exclusively buy their beans for home brewing. When the cafe was open, it was such a delight to have in Florence!
