My co workers and I always order from time to time and it’s always a good experience staff are nice and the few times I ordered if I see they had a cookie I wanted but the app said it was sold out they never said no to switch it and that always makes me happy . “Location: use GPS, Then easiest for me was to park on south side of building. Cannot drive along west side of bldg. Entrance around corner, southwest side. Can eat inside , a few small tables.. some picnic tables outside. I think it gets busy based on time of day, season, and if weekday or weekend. About 2 blocks from Norwood center. Selection: both hard and soft serve. Today's pricing average, From kiddie cone, 3 sizes, or dish. Can share the banana splits etc. well done. First time I found it. Will return if in area.
Parking: Near center. Once God gets u to bldg, see other notes.“

“Absolutely amazing ice cream! Reasonable prices as well compared to other shops. Very generous portions. Wonderful selection of flavors. A huge selection of candies and chocolates as well. Not really a place you can eat inside. I saw only about 6 tables outside for use during good weather. Lots of free parking.“

“The mint ice cream is made with real crushed mint leaves, leaving it with a fresh earthy taste. It may not be to everyone's liking, but if you enjoy real mint and not the artificial stuff, then you have to have some. I love it!
You can also buy pints to take home.“

“OMG yes! Highly recommend Orange Leaf. The employees are all so professional and kind. They are accommodating and so pleasant when you call. And for the Yogurt and products? OMG THE BEST! My favorite is the no sugar added chocolate yogurt but my hubby's favorite is the strawberry cheesecake shake! He loves the smoothies too but the shake is his fav! Bottom line you have to try them. Their customer service is AMAZING staff are all wonderful and the products are delicious❤❤❤“

“We really like these cookies. Some flavors more than others. Only problem we have had is that I placed an order online in the morning and scheduled pickup for that evening. When I arrived at the store, 45 minutes away, they were sold out and the store was closed. I had already paid for my order in advance about 10 hours earlier that day. I had to call the manager the next day for a refund. I understand that they had unexpected sales. But if you paid in advance, the order should have been put aside. Despite the situation, the employee and manager were nice and I received my refund.“
