Scott gave us fantastic service! He appeared to be the only server this afternoon but you would never know it—he was so quick and attentive. He put us at a quiet table as requested, then got our order right in, refills on drinks, rolls, and then automatically got us a second pizza to take home as he said the first one didn’t come out the way he wanted it to.. we were so lucky to have him today—thank you Scott for giving us such a wonderful dining experience!!
On our way into Boston Friday night, my husband and I decided to eat at Bertucci's in Framingham.
The food was fantastic but before we got to that, the service was incredible. Scott was our server, he had a great personality and was perfectly attentive, stopping by our table at just the right time, every time. It's always consistent and we always ask for Scott. He's the best waiter, he always remembers us and it doesn't matter how many different people I go with he knows what we like to drink and we never have to wait for him to come to the table! Ask for Scott you won't be disappointed!
