Terrible sandwich. The meat was burnt, tasteless, and completely lacked seasoning. Nothing about it felt real or fresh. Overall, it was just a bad experience. I do not recommend it at all.
In case you were wondering, this is INSIDE bertuccis. No sign outside, no nothing. By the time I figured it out, sandwich just lukewarm and bread pretty disintegrated. No offer to replace. I had imagined a yummy Philly cheesesteak. This is not. Kraft cheese globbed on. Will not do again
this place nasty use kraft cheese slices for da cheesesteak YUCK
