Scott gave us fantastic service! He appeared to be the only server this afternoon but you would never know it—he was so quick and attentive. He put us at a quiet table as requested, then got our order right in, refills on drinks, rolls, and then automatically got us a second pizza to take home as he said the first one didn’t come out the way he wanted it to.. we were so lucky to have him today—thank you Scott for giving us such a wonderful dining...
On our way into Boston Friday night, my husband and I decided to eat at Bertucci's in Framingham.
The food was fantastic but before we got to that, the service was incredible. Scott was our server, he had a great personality and was perfectly attentive, stopping by our table at just the right time, every time. When the food came, not only did it look delicious, but it was delicious. The grilled vegetable pizza was so pretty I didn't want to cut into it - so glad...
A great place to have lunch with my grandmother and Mom. Accessible and easy to get into. Food was delicious, the perfect spice level. The service was great! Scott was quick and efficient while still being attentive and inviting. What a great meal!
