Vingoute Restaurant is a cozy and welcoming Haitian restaurant with a nice ambiance, perfect for a date or a group. The food is absolutely amazing, delicious, and very flavorful, offering rich and authentic tastes that take you straight to Haiti. Portions are generous and you can taste the love in the food. Specific standout dishes include the Akra, which are crispy outside and chewy inside; the Poulette en Sauce, a flavorful chicken stew with excellent bean rice; and the Tassot Cabrit, an amazing fried goat dish with lots of meat. The black rice is also an amazing and unique dish, though it costs extra.
The customer service is very respectful, on point, and perfect. The workers are very nice, caring, and treat guests very well. The experience is great overall. A few notes are that prices are on the higher side, making it more of an occasional treat, and there can be a lack of transparency about extra charges like the black rice upgrade or an added gratuity. Despite this, it is a highly recommended place where you will not be disappointed and will definitely want to come back.
