“I had to write a review as I received the best customer service yesterday. I placed an order online and got caught in traffic. The manager called my husband to make sure everything was alright and that I didn’t go to the wrong location. Talk about customer service!! Me and my son walked in and I joked I felt like I was walking into cheers- 3 workers said my name so they could get my order ready. That’s right- they waited until I got there once my husband explained I was running late to make sure my food was hot!! I wish I got everyone’s names. They were honestly the nicest people and I think that deserves recognition.“

I was extremely surprise of the service and how fresh the food was tonight. My cousin said the food is always fresh to order. I messed up and the young lady Maria was professional, polite, and very patient. Anthony asked us to park and they would bring the food over to us. He did with such a passion and made sure we were happy and satisfy. We talked a few minutes. I could tell he really enjoy making sure everyone is taking care of. I want to let everyone know if you're in this area and want some fresh chicken, wedges, or mash potatoes. You better pass by this KFC in Milford, Ma. Management you have a great team.
