East central street Dunkin’ Donuts is Legit the BEST. THIS location is 100 percent underrated. The people there. The overall atmosphere of the employees and managers. It top notch. This is not a place where miserable people work. Everyone looks as if they are legitimately enjoying their job
This is a great location. I read prior reviews. Low ratings make absolutely not a lot of sense especially here. The management is established the service is exceptional. Maybe they have the location wrong for low reviews although people can have a bad day. But trolling for low reviews or a hostile ex employee could explain some of it. After this dunkin no longer has Lisa ( that was the only issue ) I have ever encountered that was not good whatsoever. It’s been really great...read full review
I work local to this location it’s the best in Franklin. We have tried others this one moves right along and is warm and welcoming. Low reviews here don’t even sound like this location whatsoever

The atmosphere is social and welcoming. The drive-thru is quick, and the service is fine. While the food is just "okay," the fast drive-thru makes it a convenient option for morning commuters. The staff, including the enthusiastic Griffin, strive to provide a smooth and efficient experience, though some customers have noted issues with burnt pastries. Despite these occasional challenges, Dunkin' remains a well-oiled machine, with a drive-thru that can accommodate a large number of customers quickly and effectively.
