East central street Dunkin’ Donuts is Legit the BEST. THIS location is 100 percent underrated. The people there. The overall atmosphere of the employees and managers. It top notch. This is not a place where miserable people work. Everyone looks as if they are legitimately enjoying their job
I've been going here for years. I always get hash browns douseble toasted and a bagel sandwich also double toasted. I placed my order and was told "all set" and when the bag was handed to me, the hash browns were BARELY toasted - rubber like - and the bagel sandwich was not toasted at all. I get this order few times per week at this store and have never had a problem.

This is a great location. I read prior reviews. Low ratings make absolutely not a lot of sense especially here. The management is established the service is exceptional. Maybe they have the location wrong for low reviews although people can have a bad day. But trolling for low reviews or a hostile ex employee could explain some of it. After this dunkin no longer has Lisa ( that was the only issue ) I have ever encountered that was not good whatsoever. It’s been really great...read full review
