My first ever visit. The staff was really friendly & service was great. The food was good (not great) but the fun armosphere & service made up for what tiny bit the food was lacking. I DO love yhat the subs come in a variety of sizes ... Theres something for everyone
Not a proper firehouse. The wait for food is quite lengthy. You are NOT welcomed to firehouse when you hit the door and they do not ise the firhouse script. It makes this place just another sandwich shop. I spoke with the franchisee about my concerns and doesnt seem to care so long as the checks cash.
Had the New York Steamer there, which was fantastic. The employee was very nice and explained their size difference to me to help with my purchase. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quick and cheap lunch.
