Rude and passive aggressive staff, tables dirty and trash overflowing

Disappointed experience tonight. The older gentleman with glasses who appeared to be a manager was extremely rude and talked down to employees right in front of customers. The way he spoke to them was unprofessional and uncomfortable to watch. Management should set a good example for employees, not belittle them in front of customers. Not a good look

There was a lack of acknowledgment for customers waiting to pick up their orders, and mobile orders did not seem to be prioritized appropriately, especially for a Sunday evening.
Several mobile orders had been placed about 20 minutes in advance, yet staff only began preparing them after customers had already arrived and were waiting.
