25 min wait in drive thru. Receipt didn't match what I ordered because the staff didn't enter the order correctly. Manager complained that the long wait was because he didn't have enough staff on. Sorry staffing issues are the Manager's responsibility not the customer's. Asked for my money back. Will not be giving this McDonald's any more chances.
Young man behind the counter was extremely professional yesterday around 3:30pm 1/19/2021. I came in when it was dead to use the restroom & order food. Told him I wanted a cup of pickles & he gave me exactly what I needed. Big props to that guy I wish I asked his name. Fantastic employee great customer service. That employee should be a manager he was so kind & professional.
