There are not enough words to express how lovely the woman at the counter and her husband are! They are so accommodating, and sweet. We order pizza in larger quantities at a time for our shop. and they always have it ready right on time!. They take the best care of us and their food is fresh and good quality!!! They go out of their way to ensure everything you ask them for is there in the order. Extra sauces, napkins, drinks It is always spot on! They never disappoint. The pizza, pasta, subs are delicious! We, the Sullivan Tire crew, love Medway Famous and are so grateful they're practically our neighbor so we can enjoy the food often. “Went in for a XL pizza at like 8 PM on a Friday night. They were absolutely slammed but even then I only had to wait 10-20 for my order that I had ordered in advance. That’s what happens on Friday nights! XL roni was fantastic. Solid food here.“

I do not recommend for watching sports sometimes same game on different channels with game disappointing lag (TNT and Nesn for bruins for example where you cant see all TVs at once. Great wings ..but missing appetizer staples like nachos..limited menu..good pizza and burgers...awesome staff and bartenders“

I would say they are absolutely No 1 best pizza And sub restaurant around! this is the place to go for lunch or order a pizza to be delivered for dinner at night. Their spaghetti is amazing. “Had dinner there last night before the show at the Stadium Theater. The stuffed mushrooms were some of the best I ever had and could be a meal all itself. Great fish and chips and the bartender made a perfect dirty martini! We have been to many shows at the Stadium and always saw this place but just never went for whatever reason. Now I may just take the ride just for dinner.“

From the moment we were seated, Jack was attentive, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. He took the time to make sure our meals were exactly how we wanted them. I ordered the chicken broccoli Alfredo with rigatoni, and my girlfriend had the chicken Alfredo without broccoli. Both were perfect, and his recommendations were spot on.

Jack maintained a positive attitude throughout our meal, kept our drinks full, and checked in at just the right times without being intrusive. He even suggested dessert, but we were too full to take him up on it. Still, the gesture showed he was invested in making our experience complete.

Overall, Jack made what could have been an ordinary dinner feel personal and enjoyable. He represents exactly what good hospitality should look like. He absolutely deserves recognition for the way he carries himself and the level of service he provides. Jack has real potential in this industry, and Olive Garden is lucky to have him on the team.
