Meh. It's Starbucks. Understaffed so less than fun. Harried staff. Not very good tea. Avoid the ice tea. But hot and get a cup of ice.

Went through the drive thru, waited at the screen for 5 mins while also saying hello is anyone there with no answer, so I pulled forward to the window just thinking it was maybe broken to be met with Brian. Brian proceeded to be condescending saying oh well it was clearly not enough after telling him we waited for 5 mins. Also his beard severely unhygienic. Drive thrus sole purpose is fast service, and i understand sometimes it gets busy, but considering he was wearing the mic when we pulled up, he could’ve just said oh I’ll be with you in a minute.

This place is always busy when I come here, but the line moves at a decent pace. Anything I order is prepared correctly and consistently. Staff are super friendly and courteous and do a great job of meeting the company' standards.

On Christmas Eve I arrived at this location 30 mins before closing to find that the lights were on, employees were in the building and the doors were locked. Thinking that this was a drive thru only location I drove to the back of the building to the drive thru to the ordering location, waited until the advertised closing time on the phone app and website, drove up to the drive thru window to see the store dark and all the lights off. drove to the front of the building so see an employee leaving. Explained my experience and the employee was anything but professional. Ruined a Christmas tradition for my family. Definitely not the Holiday Spirit that Starbucks is known for. I have to give you one dot to leave this review but would leave you zero if I could,

I’m a regular customer and this store is getting worse by the day. Store is always packed any hour of the day, low and overworked staff. Management doesn’t seem to care to find a solution and cooperate is allowing unethical work establishment. They are always busy at drive thru that it’s hard for them to keep up with cafe orders and there’s not enough espresso machines. Would be better if they had more employees and espresso machines to make up for the high volume. Wouldn’t recommend going here unless you really have to. You will be waiting forever for your mobile/cafe/drive thru order.

I placed a mobile order and picked it up at the drive thru. After I drove away I took a sip of my coffee and realized it was somebody else's. After I finished cleaning my car at the car wash I went back to get my coffee. When I told them they gave me the wrong one the woman at the counter handed me the one that they had made an hour ago. When I asked for a new coffee instead of the one I felt would be watery the worker was clearly irritated with me. I waited another 5 minutes to receive my new coffee. The new coffee had so much ice that it didn't taste good at all. I didn't dare ask for them to fix it since they were already angry with me for receiving the wrong coffee and coming back to get the one I paid $7 for.

Really gone down hill. Use to be great service. Very slow now. Been in the drive through for 15 minutes. Been at the window for 5. They lost my grilled cheese. I do the mobile ordering to make it easier and faster for them and myself. The girl at the drive thru window looked frantic and very confused. My grilled cheese is not crisp. I don't think it's their fault. Starbucks please do some training and have adequate staff. Cutting corners will cost you in the end.
