Very modern inside but hard to find from the street. Decor is all new and recently remodeled. Very large inside and can definitely fit more tables. Service was immediate and food was hot. A TV with local news was a good addition.
Ever been caught between reality and Heaven? Well I have. Multiple times. At the Franklin Subway. I believe there are only two perfect people who have ever walked this earth, Jesus Christ and Jay from Subway. The ham layering - astounding, the mayonnaise coating - staggering, and the unpretentious sprinkling of gently-strained Mediterranean Sea Salt and Andes-grown rich black pepper brings my mouth to a climax one often spends a lifetime searching for. We have been patrons of this store since it opened. It has switched owners not yet a decade ago. Food quality and service has always been good. However, lately the owners seem to be upping their game. It's even better. The new Subway menu has helped make it even more yummier. This is our store and we remain loyal despite a new and closer one arriving in Norfolk. This is the good stuff!
