“03/07/24 Passing through a town I've never been in and stopped for a bite. Think "local pub" with much more warmth & better menu. Saw sushi on the menu & laughed a little until I looked up reviews. I tried the wicked tuna roll & was so awesomely surprised & satisfied. They have Maine Lunch IPA on draft which made my day. Their specials included Portuguese Stew & Short Rib Tacos. Friendly staff & spoke to an even friendlier manager. It'd be my local if I lived there. Give them a try!“

“We hosted my daughter's bridal shower on February 3rd. My daughter told me that it was even better than she dreamed it could be! Dayna and her team were amazing! “We LOVE Loretta Restaurant. It is our favorite go to for a girl's luncheon, a romantic dinner, or a dinner out with friends. The food is superb, we have never had anything but delicious mouth watering lunches and dinners. The meals are made to order and you can ask for special care for allergies. We have never been rushed so the table can turn over! The wait staff is personable and a pleasure. I highly recommend a visit and a meal, if you do you will come back! And the owner is always there to make sure things run smoothly and all leave happy!“

“Love Keon's. The food is so yummy. They take ordinary meals that you might make at home but their spin on it is hard to compete with. Really tasty. Cozy ambiance. Plan ahead. Limited seating so be sure to try to get a reservation or get there early. Downtown Haverhill so parking can be a challenge. But worth the effort.“

“We finally were able to get in here. Let me just say it was amazing. Everything was great. Dean our server was awesome. I would highly recommend going if you haven’t been. We had the lobster rangoons for the app. For dinner we had the Lazy lobster with Pillows. We can’t wait to go back. Now we understand why it’s hard to get in here. Make reservations in advance. “This charming old school diner/cafe is my go-to place when I am in town. Well prepared, vast choice of traditional breakfasts, with outstanding home made corned beef hash. Lunch specials are usually good as well. His fish chowder on Fridays only Are worth travelling far for. I reccimmend.“

“Went to their new location right next to their old one . I had my parents 50th wedding anniversary there at the old one many years ago . Was a big success ! The new one which I was not aware had been changed over from the old location was absolutely fantastic. We went at 2 pm for an Easter reservation ! The food was absolutely wonderful ! The service was as good as the food ! We are on the second level ! The place is spotless ! Clean and new ! Our waitress was amazing ! She was right there from beginning to end making sure we had enough water and drinks were full etc ! The kitchen helpers who assisted with the food delivery were fantastic ! They helped the waitress out perfectly! It was very busy as it was Easter ! The food was ordered, muscles. Sushi, which is excellent ! And steak tips and apple filled raviolis and a had a Caesar with chicken tips ! Calamari my son had was excellent ! There was not one thing to complain about. All the other guests around us were getting great service and their food was served very quickly I noticed! The Host and Hostess at the front door greeted us promptly and on our leaving were greeted and thanked for coming. Al I will say is , we will be back ! The new roof top deck looks awesome! It overlooks Newburyport while also being private from onlookers walking below. ! The place gets 5 stars hands down ! Great job Black cow and all the workers on a busy Easter holiday ! Thank you !“

“I've been to Fox Creek Tavern a few times for dinner and had a wonderful experience each time. Decided to try brunch on Sunday and it was lovely. The mimosa flight was very good and I had an amazing Irish Omelette. Went at 10am and they weren't busy at all at that time. Waitress was very kind and attentive“

“Great place for breakfast or lunch. We were all able to order just what we wanted (Fenway omelet, burger, Riverside salad) and sat and talked for quite a long time. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere in this bright and cheery renovated boiler house. Save time for a walk along the river. Plenty of free parking available!“

“Our "Go To" restaurant in the area. Great service and atmosphere. My wife and I have enjoyed every entry we've ordered. From walnut salad, steak tips, Bolognese to burger. Then great to be recognized on our birthdays with a complimentary Skillet Chocolate Cookie. Keep it up, you're doing it right!“

“First thing first, if you want to eat here on a Saturday night, plan ahead. We like to eat around 6:30. Use Resy, it ended up being to easier method. I could either eat at 5:40 or 8:00. I requested a quiet spot to chat. We've never been here before so I wasn't sure. They put us in a perfect spot, away from most of the noise. We split the harvest salad and my husband ordered pizza with prosciutto and I had the halibut. The salad was perfect for sharing. My only problem was the tiny sharing plates but, not a big deal! Our meals were delicious, the pizza had crispy edges, yummy! My fish was well seasoned and hot, as it should be of course. A tiny bit pricey but that's almost the norm nowadays. We will be back and make a reservation a day or three ahead.“

“This special place is consistently fantastic. From the ambiance in a converted church, to the inventive menu that takes coastal cuisine to the next level. The bar staff is so welcoming and wonderful, Sara is the absolute best. To meet her once is to know her forever. She knows our drink and our dietary preferences (and she's just so fun!) They reserved a spot for us at the bar the day my fiancé & I got engaged, and Sara made us feel like royalty. It was so memorable ... but any night at Mission Oak Grill is that way. You must go!!“

It could have been a more enjoyable experience, but there are too many hightop tables making the restaurant seem more like a sports bar. The room was cold and I noticed a group moved closer to the fire pit. The maitre'd was preoccupied and not very acommodating.“

“My wife found this place while searching for places that are friendly to people who are gluten-intolerant. We both ordered the pasta with bolognese sauce, which was superb. Her gluten-free pasta was very tasty, as was my regular dish. The server was very friendly and attentive to our needs, and offered some good suggestions to make the evening even more enjoyable. Being that it only recently opened, the restaurant was clean and well-maintained, but it was a tad loud due to the openness of the dining area. I found it difficult but manageable to have a conversation with my wife during our time there.
