Dunkin Donuts, Grafton, MA is the absolutely worst franchise around (and I visit many). I normally go for my ice coffee every morning and every day is an adventure at this location. Lines out to the street thru the drive through, and long lines inside. This store is extremely poorly managed as well. I know it's hard to find good help, but come on people!!
