I've enjoyed sushi worldwide, but Bizen stands out as exceptional. The sushi is unparalleled in quality, offering the best I've ever tasted. There is nothing quite like Bizen. The atmosphere is unique and authentic, enhancing the dining experience. The owner, Michael, is incredibly friendly and ensures everything runs smoothly. After 20+ visits, I’m still eager to return.
This restaurant has a huge menu. That actually is not necessarily a plus, as it is likely hard to keep so many fresh ingredients and stay in business. We ordered A5 Wagyu ($40) as an appetizer. It is something we had in other restaurants, so we had a certain level of expectations for this delicacy. It did not look or taste like other a5 wague we had tried. It did not melt in your mouth. It was not bad, and I liked the wasabi sauce that came with it, but the taste and the presentation...
