Excellent food and service. Authentic Asian food. Highly recommend.
Grocery essentials that are not carried anywhere else in town!! Best place for asian cooking basics and convenient options like frozen gyoza.
The only asian market for milessss but they carry all the essentials! They carry my all time favorite Kani Chips that the bigger Asian Markets in Albany don’t carry which is a MASSIVE A++ in my books
We got two yummy miso soups and some groceries. Friendly service and timely pick up. Good to have a place like this in town.
I would rate zero if it was possible, the owner is extremely rude and entitled. Avoid this excuse of a restaurant at all costs
My husband and I absolutely love Shiro Ramen & Market!! Everyone there is super friendly! There Wonton Soup is to die for and for the price you get a very good portion will definitely be going again to the other items on the menu!!

This place is horrible
Consistently delicious ramen! Just discovered this place in 2024, though they've been there forever. Fun selection of Japanese frozen food, snacks, and drinks too. Great for takeout or dine-in.
Nice little Asian grocery store. But the price is ridiculously expensive. We bought 6 items which 4 of them are $2.99 or less and the other 2 we’re about $8 each, we were charged for $38! We gave 1 star for a good customer service.

My husband and I were in Great Barrington looking for a different place to eat and decided to try Shiro. It is a little market and place to eat. The food was good and the two employees were very nice. Nothing fancy but great Ramen bowls. Try it, you'll like it. ?
Great Asian market. For the small space, has a wide variety of ingredients. Glad this exists in the south county.
Delicious vegan ramen! And an impressive assortment of Asian groceries (Japanese, Chinese, Korean and Thai).
It’s no wonder why this place is always empty. There are no prices on any of the groceries, and what a surprise when you check out at the register. 3X more expensive than any other Asian market.
