I took my 3 year old daughter here to have differenttypes of sushi. The waitstaff was super nice and provided explanations for all the different vegetarian sushi styles.There were more meat options than vegetarian. The scallion pancakes are among the best items there.I got the feeling it was more of a take out place than a dining out place... even though there was tons of room and seating.

Vegetarian options: Not many vegetarian sushi options. But they did have a vegetarian...

Old school chinese with some sushi and pan-asian options too! Reasonably priced large portions. Many vegetarian options incl. Delicious moo shoo. Loved the vegetarian hot and sour soup! Attentive waiter. Clean bathrooms.

Visiting the East Asian Cuisine restaurant was the perfect end to a day in Great Barrington!!! The food was absolutely delicious and it felt like they really cared about not just presentation, but about creating truly delicious and enticing dishes! The waiter was so kind and perfectly attentive!! He may have been the owner, as he mentioned how the restaurant was his passion... which genuinely made it feel so wonderful to eat there!!! Some businesses feel overly commercialized...
