“Good but should of mentioned the garlic sauce was spicy. It has caused issues and I am reporting it.
Sometimes food is messed up but barely anymore it was more when the oil was different for the fries at this location all the way to West Springfields location on Riverdale Road. Since corrected, things have been great!!!!“

“I am in a wheelchair and non-verbal and had to have help just to get the doors open to get inside. I had to use my phone/my communication cards to communicate with the person taking my order. The person didn't know that there was a picture and a brail menu for people to use. I think that there should be some form of a button for the outside door for handicap people, and that the picture and brail menu was accessible to everyone and that people didn't have to ask for it, especially since some of us out there just want to be treated like normal humans even if we can't walk or talk. Placing a self service kiosk to place orders for us handicap people would probably benefit us too. I know that the person taking my order was trying his best and didn't know of the two menus, so I think he did a good job on working with me and accommodating my communication needs.
I know that its going to take time for everywhere to be fully handicap accessible, and that places are trying the best they can.
I'd definitely go back to get food again, I just have be a little bit more prepared next time.“

“Amazing experience 40 minutes after ordering at the drive thru I was invited inside by the kind, caring staff. They took my order 3 more times which made me feel special and taken care of. As I watched “Karens” complaining left and right about waiting almost 20 minutes I began to reflect upon my pointless existence. Where did my new found patience come from? Had I crossed the point of insanity? Gen Z Americans in tears, happy meals gone wrong, and the staff at McD’s chuggin’ along like a well oiled machine, practicing damage control. I thought of the things I had to do today, places I needed to be and I was greeted for a 4th time and to the staff’s astonishment 49 minutes later I was still there, present, believing, waiting and lovin’ it. Eventually a bag with nothing close to what I ordered was handed to me and served with an apology. The smile on my face, tears of a sad clown. I aggressively drove to Wendy’s where I told the drive thru personnel that I would never cheat on them again. Goodbye McDonald’s on Mohawk trail, it’s not you, it’s me. I’ll remember this day whenever I drive by. I love you always and forever.
Your friend,
Alex S.“

“My daughter took me to West End Pub for Mother's Day and yes the food was wonderful and yes the view was beautiful but I really cannot say enough about the young lady that was assigned to our table. My daughter is my oldest, 25, with my grandson who is 8 months as well as my youngest who is 4. Our server was incredibly attentive and everything she did made it easier for us to dine out with 2 young children. From the cup of water with a lid to the plain pasta with a side of sauce and cheese to the extra napkins and quickly removing empty plates so little hands couldn't grab them. We were even seated discretely for nursing. I was sure to compliment her but didn't want to awkwardly ask for her name. It's hard going out with littles. This young lady was a blessing. The hand drawn cartoons on our take out lids were definitely a happy bonus.“

“I brought some friends from out of town. My friend hat to tell the bartender how to make her drink. It was nothing out of the ordinary. The food was great. My biggest complaint was the loud music. We wanted to visit and couldn't hear each other at all. Please no music or tune it down alot!“
