We originally went to the restaurant next door and left because we were ignored. We walking into Hot Table in Hadley Ma and were immediately greeted and told We would be waited on in a moment.
I had a question about point usage and was advised how to use them.
We paid and sat down, and instead of calling us to collect our food, she delivered to the table.
The service was impeccable and we enjoyed our experience.

After a long day of work, I went to Hot table to eat their cheesesteak panini. The associate opened the door for me while another associate was cleaning the front door windows. Truly exceptional work ethics displayed. Had good conversation with the associates and they made me feel comfortable with ordering the things I wanted on my panini. I got my food REALLY quickly(alot faster than I anticipated). I was able to buy a drink and enjoy my meal at the tables. Nothing beats a meal at the dinner table after a hard earned day of work.
