We had a party of five and were seated next to the kitchen, which meant we could hear everything going on behind the counter, including the snide remark from one of the Chefs that I didn’t know how a medium salmon should be cooked. I merely asked them to cook it for another 1-2 minutes until it was pink in the center, and instead he overcooked it on purpose. Another great meal-we love they open early for lunch for us seniors and others who like eating their big meal then.Chase was an excellent server and food and presentation was very good. Hadley 110 never disappoints!
