Tried to order food ahead of time online, but when I went to pick it up there was only one employee working and three customers in line in front of me ordering in store. I waited over 5 minutes but since I was on a timed meal break I had to leave without my food. Very disappointed. I understand staffing is difficult but the if the store can't fulfill online orders they need to turn off the option.

The food is very fresh,consistent in freshness. In the a month I've gone there 3 times. Employees are polite. Bathroom clean as well as the seating tables. Outside tables could use more attention. Now that students are back,new employees so patience and consideration is needed.
