This isn’t a one-time thing. Every time we come here late at night, the attitude is terrible.
The store is open, employees are inside, they see customers and still choose to ignore us. No explanation, no communication, nothing. We’re not asking for special treatment. We’re just trying to buy food. Doing the job you’re paid to do shouldn’t be this hard. I’ve been to McDonald’s all over the U.S. and in other countries and I’ve never seen an attitude this bad.
Completely disappointing and honestly disgusting.

McDonald’s is really impressive. Apparently, customers can stand right in front of employees, speak clearly and loudly, and still get completely ignored.

Tonight around 1:30 AM, after waiting 20 minutes in the drive-thru with no response, I went inside to ask for help. That’s when I saw the employees hiding in the back kitchen area, on their phones.

One employee with long platinum blonde hair was standing right there. I looked directly at her and said very clearly, “please help with my order.” She looked at me from the side and walked away without saying a single word.

At this point, I honestly don’t know how customers are expected to communicate here. Talking doesn’t work. Asking politely doesn’t work. Standing right in front of employees doesn’t work.

I paid for my food, waited nearly 40 minutes total, and my order was never made. I left hungry and frustrated.

McDonald’s should seriously review the camera footage from tonight and take a hard look at how this location is being managed. Customers should not have to beg for basic service after paying.

The Food tasted and looked like it came from the day before. It was disgusting. Not to mention more then half of our order was missing. When i called to let them know that they never gave us our 20pc nuggets and 2x cheeseburger w/ cheese only and 2x plain crispy chicken sandwiches they said their was nothing they could do about it because I left already and it wasnt their problem. So I said but you can charge me for everything and then they hung up on me. I kept trying to call back but the line was busy like they kept thr phone off the hook. It was already after 10pm and I live about 20mins away so i thought id go back the next day. But then i noticed they also didn't give me a receipt as well. My kiddo was sick all night long as well. Needless to say we will never go back again. Ive lived in the area for over 15yrs and The McDonald's Restaurant in Hadley Massachusetts is one of the worst McDonald's we've ever been too. Over these past years this McDonald's has just gotten worse. The employee's have gotten more rude and disrespectful.

I’m sorry but my meat was pink.and I can’t have pink meat. I asked him to make it again he was really rude about it I don’t think ppl should come here! It was really weird then he went to his employees and it was like they were talking about me bc they kept lookin at me and laughing that is not professional I don’t recommend to come here!

Every single time I walk in this McDonald’s it’s SOOOO SLOOOOWWWWWWWWWWW BUT they are also lacking in the customer service department. There’s been a lot of times I’ve gone in there and no one will acknowledge me. Never “I’ll be right with you?” I’ve never even heard a “how can I help you”. Trash service all around.

Well this is disappointing to say the least. I'm not even gonna eat the food I got. Boy, if I could add a picture to this review I don't think anyone would ever eat here again and this McDonald's would legally have to shut down for good. I'll just post it somewhere else I guess. I am very disappointed.

We literally stood at the counter to order and pay with cash for 15 min and had to flag an employee. Manager ingnored people at the counter while other workers noticed and ignored 3 other people at the counter just while I was there.

This McD’s should not be allowed to operate 24/7. It is the only thing open that late in the area, which is why I continue to stop there after my shift. But holy smokes, are they slow and inefficient. They are completely understaffed at all times which is pretty much all of Massachusetts, Connecticut and the surrounding liberal states; which felt they were doing people a favor by raising the minimum wage. Either it takes 30 to 40 minutes in the drive-through or I end up driving away. Sometimes I even have to educate the staff on their own menu. I once waited an hour to pick up a mobile order I placed. Not kidding, one hour and when I got to the speaker, the person told me they were changing over to breakfast in 30 minutes and I was not going to get my food and said they were also no longer taking orders. They really have trouble, as well as all fast food drive-through’s have trouble, remembering to put napkins or your dipping sauces in the bag. For the life of me, I have no idea how Chick-fil-A has perfected the art of remembering sauces but nobody else can’t figure out how to do it.

Waited at the drive through for over 10 minutes with no one to serve us and ended up going to taco bell. Do not go after 930pm, night workers we saw in the window talking and not paying attention.

Recent changes continie to accelerate the decline and impending end of McDonalds' 50+ years of dominance. The experience has become awful. The Big Mac meat patties are half the size they used to be, tasteless and dry. Burgers are sloppily assembled with grease on the bun, box and everywhere but the burger itself, and sauce haphazardly slapped on. The Amherst location was dirty and felt run down (especially the men's room) even after its McCafé conversion, the death-knell of every McD's in America. The fries tasted awful. No salt and the oil used to cook them in tasted spoiled, not quite rancid, but, like vegan? At least they have fountain soda machines instead of those awful 50-flavor powdered soda machines. Table delivery was available, just be sure to order how many ketchup packets you want, and some salt for the fries, if you place a mobile order. There was nothing redeeming and for at least the next 5 years I'll go to Wendy's every time. The bathrooms at least are unlocked but seem to have been skipped in the McCafé remodel. And when a Big Mac meal costs over $12, don't waste your time. Go to Shake Shack or any other burger joint. Fingers crossed the entire executive team of McDonald's is fired and the former goodness of the brand returns. It's hard to fault franchise owners for what the brand has become, an automated, robotic dazed-and-confused brand that is for whatever reason trying to compete with Starbucks rather than staying true to their core values. R.I.P. Mickey D.
