Order a broccoli soup, the portion is too small for the price. Doordash took longer than expected to deliver the food so it arrived late and cold, the soup tastes good.

Guy who clean the table left it so wet . We have to wait longer if we don’t have to dry it with table napkin . Seems he doesn’t like his job . Took over 5 minutes before it dries up. I observe the other table too

Ordered 2 Benny sandwiches. Leave to just have egg and bread. No ham no hollandaise sauce. Go back to find out they don’t have the sauce. Why sell someone something when you don’t have the main ingredient for the sandwich! Place is a joke

Ciabatta cheesesteak literally had about 1oz of meat on it. It was all bread. Wish I could post a picture

No fresh bread. Tho we ordered Mexican street corn soup via the quick kiosk and ended up with broccoli cheddar. Order was carryout so who knew til we got home. Greek salad was stale tasting. Doesn't anyone care anymore? Last time. Hot fresh bread had been the best thing about Panera. Oh well!

This isn’t the first time they’ve been out of bread. It’s just so disappointing. It’s an hour round trip for me to find out. I can’t get soup with bread. Is there some law about not substituting sandwich bread I mean I would’ve taken any bread yet she offered me an apple. And apparently they were OK with me leaving they’d rather get no sale than substitute a different bread. I guess next time I’ll call before I waste the hour trip. Very frustrating!!

Honestly I would give it normally 4 stars but today was 2 stars at best. There was hard plastic in the chicken in my sandwich that would have been very easy to choke on. Otherwise tasted good as usual but kind of hard to finish when I’m paranoid picking through my sandwich for more shards of plastic. Thankfully I bit into it and didnt swallow, so it wasnt really a big deal, but a if a kid got that piece of chicken or something it couldve been a big problem.

Also, the tile work on the new fireplace is absolutely horrid. I sincerely hope they didnt pay for it. I genuinely could do a better tile job while blindfolded. Heck, if they need someone to come in and redo it, they can reach out and I’ll give a decent discount. Many other parts of the renos also look like cheap and poorly done diy work too, but the fireplace was the most glaring offender. Whatever contractor did that should be ashamed- and if it was a diy, id recommend a professional next time or at least someone with eyes.

What's not to love about Panera? The 2 for You is a great idea, especially if you can't decide if you want a sandwich or a salad, which is usually the case for me.

We placed an online order at 1:00 p.m. for a 2:00 p.m. pickup. Upon arrival, we were informed that our order, specifically the tomato soup, was unavailable because they had run out. This wasn’t a last-minute order; the hour lead time should have allowed staff to alert us or update the system accordingly. Unfortunately, this is not the first issue we've had with this location. It marks the third time we've experienced significant order errors, including missing items in our takeout bag. We live 20 minutes away, so this is a huge inconvenience. This level of disorganization and lack of communication is unacceptable. Regrettably, we will not be returning to this Panera location. Consistency and reliability are key to any dining experience, and sadly, this restaurant has repeatedly fallen short. I strongly suggest others consider alternative options.

Panera is a known quantity. The food is decent. A few observations.
-If you order on the screen, it tells you to pick up your self service drink cup and get started while you are waiting. You won't see the cup until your order is ready.
-The feta cheese in every feta containing item is the low quality cow's milk feta. Fortunately you won't get so much of it that it becomes offensive. (said by someone who truly does not care for domestic feta and loves the real sheep/goat-milk genuine feta)
