This is quite literally the best coffee shop I’ve been to in my life. I go multiple times a week. The music is amazing, Luna is an excellent manager and always greets me and all customers with a smile, and every employee seems to be having a great time - the sign of a well-run place. I love this place!

I have never seen a more unorganized and slow moving coffee shop. I was told 20-25 minute wait for a barista drink. Ended up being 50-60 minutes. You would think they would have 2 people making drinks and get more espresso machines.

Bought a quart of cold brew for $32 opened at home and it was rancid

A great place to sit and do research or hang out when it's not too busy, and a great place to get snacks or coffee otherwise. Be very careful about some of the iced drinks though if you can't have much sugar because some of them are not obviously sweet based on their description.

Worst coffee shop I’ve ever been to. Burnt coffee, hostile & unhygienic/unkempt person with a bad attitude at the counter. Initially I felt bad for the person because they were so disheveled but no efforts to be friendly & upbeat had any impact on their rude attitude. No idea what these good reviews are about (was it better at one point? on other days, was the coffee not burnt & overpriced & the service actually good?) but it’s terrible on every level except ease of parking (not surprising, honestly). To be clear - I went a few weeks ago. Maybe on another day it would be moderately better with different staff. But the one time I went will be the last.

No matter what shelburne we go to, order online or in store, its messed up or it takes forever and a day. Great coffee, bad service.

This establishment is entirely run down and unkept. The parking lot is littered with potholes, trash, and rubble. The building is falling apart at the seams. The service? I don’t even think you could call it that — I put in a pick-up order of coffee and they didn’t even make it for me. I went inside to pick up my order and they had an empty cup waiting for me. They gave me the empty cup and directed me to make it myself. I proceeded to the “section” they have set up consisting of a couple different coffees and milks that are “self-serve” as if this were a fast food joint with fountain drinks. Being that this place is not a fast food joint, I find that having a self serve area exudes quite a careless intention toward their customers — no matter how simple or complicated the coffee/drink order may be. On top of that, the coffee I poured into my cup was exceptionally watered down and of poor quality. To sum up my experience, I am very displeased with the quality of their products, their lack of customer service, and the establishment as a whole.

It's okay, I'd rather support a local small business like this one than a Starbucks or Panera that destroys them, but I had to wait 25 minute for a simple latte at a time when there were few customers. When the latte was finally ready, it was very good! Thanks! And the person taking my order was very friendly.Atmosphere: informal, seems primarily like a college undergrad hang-out and study place.Unfortunately, the place was trashed. I'm not sure why customers would trash the place. No one was bussing so I had to clean in order to sit--throw away left-behind bags of chips, wipe down the table, and kick away the lettuce under the table. Despite the lack of tidiness, my throat is now burning because they ARE cleaning at some point with strong-smelling chemical products (you know, that toilet cleaner smell).They are clearly under-staffed. Boss, please hire more people.These downers are too bad, because otherwise this place could be a wonderful independent coffeeshop in a college area where there is a lack of study-coffeeshops.If they have outdoor seating and if I have a lot of time, I will return!
