I ordered 2 lbs of coffee and asked for it to be ground. Part way home I found the coffee scattered across the front seat of the car because the sales assistant didn't adequately close the bags (see the attached photo).

My flat white was perfect. Ceramic mugs are available for when you have time to savor the experience. Not many tables and chairs, but stand up tables all around the room

Definitely a good and busy Starbucks especially as itās near a group of hotels.
Service whether in store or via app ordering is great; there were times the size of a drink was incorrect and staff fix it when brought up.

Iāve been to this location multiple times and the barista at the drive-through is really rude. Sheās rude.she got my order wrong and then was mad that she had to add what she forgot in it she has A nasty attitude for working with customer service corporate should really look into that cause that is very unprofessional and itās very uncomfortable when weāre spending lots of money for a small drink.

I just want to give a huge shoutout to the amazing team at the Starbucks on Russell Street in Hadley, especially the drive-thru crew! Every time I come through, the employees are always so friendly and welcoming.
Thereās one barista in particularāheās usually there at night, closingāwho is just the absolute sweetest. I donāt know his name, but he always makes my day with his kindness and great energy. Seriously, love him!
This location is full of the nicest people. Itās always such a positive experience, and I really appreciate the great service. Thanks for being awesome!
