They priotize the druve thru customers rather than those who are physically inside the store. There was just 1 small group of teenagers inside the store when me and my partner ordered ours and it took them almost an hour to finish our ordered drinks. Certainly a bad customer service.

I am so tired of drinking coffee that tastes BURNT and OLD from here! When I ask for a Restretto FRESH I mean FRESH! You can tell when you take the lid off by the way it looks and SMELLS if it’s fresh which this CARAMEL Macchiato was not. It’s all the time and it’s not just this drink! If you can’t get it right or make it fresh then, hire people who will. It’s a waste of my money and time, not to mention the AWFUL TASTE left in my mouth from this NASTY COFFEE! Maybe people have no idea what a GOOD CUP of COFFEE tastes like however, I sure as HELL DO! Stop using the pitchers of the coffee you make early in the morning for our coffees and make it fresh! Take the time and pride in your work!

What can I say about a starbucks in Hadley Massachusetts. It's a great location for my family since it's super close to their school. I often go in there for an afternoon pick me up which is great. If I'm feeling an extra need for a pickme up I will get something sweet. They are never very busy but the drive through is crazy. I have learned that often my coffee will come right out but sometimes it's put into the QUEUE and both my baked good and my drink will come out in the order that it was ordered. I never ask for my baked goods to be warmed up. That is a waste of time and energy in my opinion. Frequented by a lot of college students. I have even from time to time sat at this location and done work, accessing the WIFI and gotten a ton of work done. Their bathroom is also locked and you need to ask one of the baristas for the code which they share freely.
