This is the best Starbucks I have been to in the area! I went here on a Friday morning before work and the store was not busy. The staff were very friendly, my order was ready quickly, and everything was delicious!

This Starbucks has to be the worst one in the valley. It is so incredibly slow. Wait is regularly 20-30 minutes, the service is spotty (most folks friendly but some clearly are not), they are out of items all the time (holiday coffee, hot cup sleeves), and the post-remodel vibe is terrible. No good seating options. It seems like they want to be a drive-thru only. Time to go elsewhere.

The Starbucks was extensively renovated over the end of summer: it's clear that this was the maximize the online order and drive thru experience. It's as busy as ever and my drink took 25 out of an estimated 20 minutes when I ordered to be made but this can happen during the morning rush and I'm not upset, just observing.I was disappointed that the renovation negatively impacted the atmosphere of the location. There were lots of tables including a couple larger group tables where I frequently saw groups of students studying together, that's all been removed for on window bar to make room for a larger pickup counter.If the old and this new vibe were both available in town I would choose to go to the old one.Everyone is still friendly and my drinks are made well.

Customer Service is great, I come here through the drive-thru a lot of days. Why the hell did they renovate this store? It looks ten times worse. There is no where to sit or do work. No comfy seating or large tables, just an 8" bar of stools to do work? Impossible to work inside anymore. Used to be a great place for it.

The new remodel genuinely feels hostile. This used to be a good place to get some work done or to meet small groups for meetings or school projects. Now they've removed all but four seats and crank the music incredibly loud. It also echoes because there aren't any chairs to absorb the sound.
