The Subway at 337 Russell St. in Hadley has fast delivery with great prices. The food is very good and fresh, too. I was really pleased with my recent visit to the Subway restaurant located inside of Walmart at Mountain Farms Mall. The sandwich artist was really friendly and did a great job preparing my order.

Today, I ordered lunch from the local Subway restaurant to be delivered, and the food was very fresh. Also, the food arrived very promptly.

Terrible service. Orders online and the food was not ready after an hour. This happened multiple times. first time it happened the owner offered up excuses and made no attempt to make it right. Stay away!

Just visited. The attendant was courteous and efficient, like a Subway commercial. As I waited in line she pleasantly let me know she'd be right with me. She asked if I wanted my mayo directly on the bread, toasted bread slightly,, cut sub in half, and labeled the wrapping to keep it from opening. My sub was great and my experience was just as great!

All in all, the food is good. Parking is ok and the waitstaff very friendly. Prices are to be expected for fast food. Not bad.

Ever since this subway switch ownership the quality has just got down hill. Who puts three slices of tomato on a foot long? Very disappointing.
