This place is a disgusting mass, just went through the drive-through and they have no ice and only about 25% of their menu for some reason. In addition to this, every time I go in this restaurant, it is filthy and disorganized. Not sure if maybe all the Taco Bell‘s in this area are managed by the same terrible company, but I would not recommend going into any Taco Bell within a 25 mile radius of Northampton.

I wish there was an option for 0 stars because I think this place absolutely deserves it. I drive for DoorDash and there was been one time ever I have waiting for my order less than 10 mins. Multiple times I’ve exceeded almost a full hour of waiting for the pickup, and it’s not even like it was that busy or anything. Just go to the one in Northampton. Not to mention they can’t get an order right for the life of them.

12/13/25 Can't go wrong with this Taco Bell. Go order it's cheap fast and you get tasty food. Out of all the fast food I go to I was not disappointed. Nachos combo is my go to for quanity it comes with a taco supreme. This TB is clean and efficient. Id go out of my way to eat here again over others.

Incapable of getting an order right when it’s soft shell tacos. Last three visits specified fofr the order and drove away to the wrong order. Drive through closed last time I tried to order saying it was too late and drive through was closed 10:45pm in a weekend. Didn’t complain til fourth visit but geez

I do uber eats The least they could do is put up a sign saying which door to use to pick up an order They had no customers and refuse to give orders thru drive thru It’s Taco Bell also so food quality is shit You know all their meat and food comes in processed bags? They really upset me so 1 star

My wife ordered a Pepsi and one taco and asked repeatedly three times for no sour cream because of a sour cream allergy. The lady at the window even confirmed and repeated “ no sour cream right?” They put sour cream on, she’s going into anaphylactic… never go to this Taco Bell. Terrible terrible service. Even worse attention to detail.
