Not the nicest employees, blaring music so loud at night couldn't even hear myself think!

we pulled up to the line 20 minutes before closing, they then intentionally didn’t take our order to wait until they closed, then said “well if you wanted food you should’ve pulled up earlier.” he was extremely rude, and the reason we couldn’t “get in line earlier” was because we were responding to a family medical emergency.

Despite being understaffed they still made all the correct customizations to my food and got it to me quickly. Staff were nice and trying their best. Food was good!!! Closed the drive then because they were understaffed, completely understandable and in my opinion better than making people wait in line for the drive through! Respect to the workers here, definitely seems like a stressful location to work at with the students!

Ordered online, sat and looked at my order behind the counter for 20 minutes before I got a chance to ask someone to grab it. A friend asked to order chips and the worker said no. Didn’t have any Mountain Dew as well as various other drinks. Trash was overflowing. All tables were disgusting. Place reeked.

This Taco Bell is great; always accurate with changes. I wish they were more attentive when people are at the front counter picking up orders. They probably had an issue with thieves so they moved the rack but I feel like a criminal grabbing my order since it's behind the counter. They never give you the sauces if you ask for them on mobile but I think that's an app issue.
Vegetarian options: Black beans are seasoned, refried beans just taste bland.
Dietary restrictions: Lots of dairy, lots of meat, and gluten. No seafood.

I have ordered here a few times but unfortunately this time they messed up. I ordered on the taco bell app for delivery at 12. My order arrived at 1:07, 7 minutes after close. When i opened the bag it was a completely different order. I am not able to call them as they closed even before I got my meal. I am expecting a full refund and to contact costumer support tomorrow morning when they open.

I waited in line for an hour. :( they told me I couldn’t order 1 burrito and were only accepting online orders. This is not their policy. I have worked here before and we never had that policy when I closed with them.
No indoor customers when we got there. Most tables needed cleaning, floor needed sweeping, condiment bar was dirty. I got Chalupas. I remember them being crunchy, these were like hardtack. I asked for artificial sweetener for my unsweetened tea and girl looked at me like I was crazy. Manager gave me 3 packets of sugar. I'm diabetic. I remember them having good food but after today I'll never go back

I went to Taco Bell and placed a noble order, the order took so long that I eventually left the store,I then proceeded to check when the order was going to be complete it was not completed until about an hour an 15 minutes later so I never received my food or a refund since it was so chaotic in the store just thought I would share my experience.

They got my very basic order wrong twice and the chips were stale and meal was very lousy. I understand it's taco bell, but for the price of the chicken cantina bowl and soft taco, I think chipotle may have been the better bet.
I paid extra for the new disha hot sauce. They didn't put it in the bag. When I asked for it the girl looked at me like I was crazy. She then slowly went over the the sauces, took one out,and stood there with it as if contemplating what to do next. She walked to about 3 feet from the counter, and held it up making me lean way over the counter. Then she threw it at me. What the heck was that?! Rudest taco bell employee I've ever encountered.
