Clean but the worst most useless service available. I just went in & all i could hear from the ladies in the back whining about how no one understands how busy they are. With the 2 customers inside waiting (10 mins) & the 1 customer in drive thru. Ive never seen such lazy people, i left because of this... they should not be employed anywhere. Take your chances here but id advise going to the many other legitimate, friendly enterprises right next door

I dined in while waiting on my food I observed a young man walking in with a glass bowl he handed it to a young lady, she took it a set it on preparing table and added things to it and handed it back to the guy, since when do you alow outside food to cone into your kitchen area. Every employee had their cell phones out checking them.

They literally cannot stop poisoning me (I am diabetic) with regular soda every time i order a diet/zero beverage when getting delivery. It’s genuinely every single time. I have to use test strips because I cannot trust them to put diet/zero when requested. Just dumped three full sodas down my kitchen sink
I had an adult meltdown because the giftcard that I got through my bank was a pain to use. Had to download the app and the TB app wouldn't allow me to pay the difference of the total and giftcard with my card... Makes you think how little these corperations care about their staff.
The folks working here were concise, patient and kind with my frustration, despite likely working a long shift. Thanks y'all.

I don't like how there's no in-person service anymore. Now everything is done on the kiosk and God forbid your order is wrong. You stand there and you wait forever for somebody to even acknowledge that you're there
