To whoever the gentleman was working the window Monday Night 4/22/2024. He was absolutely exceptional and this may be the most neat perfectly prepared food I’ve ever had from any Taco Bell. Huge kudos to him running the ship and working understaffed putting the team on his back. Thank you so much for an amazing experience.

Paid for my food, staff refused to give it to us despite placing a mobile order because they were busy. Lied and said they were cash only for the remainder of the night (2 hours before close, this is a consistent practice at this location). Totally understand having a rush and being busy as I’ve worked in food service too. But when you have a paying customer you serve them.

My wife and I have been to a few different Taco Bell's over the years, and I have to say that the Taco Bell in Hadley, Ma is By Far one of the best that we have been to. The associate/server was very pleasant, and the food was fantastic. We were actually amazed at how well the meal was prepared and looked, which is a Lot better than some of the other Taco Bell's that we have been to. We Highly recommend this restaurant and will No Doubt be returning there again.Parking: More than adequate amount of parking, with handicap spaces by the entrance.

Do not use the Taco Bell app to order food from this location. I ordered it to be picked up inside the store and when I got there my food was stolen and they would not remake the order.
For some reason this location cannot put the correct sauce on the potato tacos. As a vegetarian I get those a lot, from different locations depending on where I am, but my new job is near this location and I’ve been extremely disappointed with the inability to use the same sauce as every other Taco Bell in the world. Usually Taco Bell is my lunch spot but I’m very close to giving up completely on this location. Please use the correct sauce; I have thrown out more tacos than eaten because of this mistake because whatever sauce is being used is awful.
