food was fine, but the service was terrible. seating is a mess and very unclear to first time customers, so we ended up trying to sit outside but no matter where we went we were swarmed by bees. no help, and no kind of explanation as to how the restaurant worked. overall very disappointing

This is our second time visiting here. Close to UMass Amherst and something for everyone. Surprised they had beer too.
Their menu is stocked full of locally sourced food and it is obvious they care about the local environment and economy.
Spoke with the owner and she was super nice. Really felt like a mom and pops restaurant though I guess they have a few other restaurants around vt/uvm.
Not a sit down restaurant per say. You order at the counter. But the staff clears your table and swings by to help out.
Love this restaurant and plan on visiting often when we visit our son at college

What an epic new place! It was PACKED but magically only waited 10 minutes. Our first time here, confusing. You can't just sit in an open table. You get assigned one at the counter. Very clean, bright atmosphere. Didn't know you have to go back to the counter to place our order. We waited 30 minutes before another customer told us that's what we had to do. Menu is huge! Sooo many wonderful options!! And OMG the food was incredible. I've never eaten so slow savoring every second of the moment. Coffee was perfection and I am fussy about my coffee. Two people full breakfast and drink with tip just barely over $30. I'll be going back again and again.
