Owner only had one person working on a busy Sunday. Took over 30 minutes to get a drink despite the poor girl working as hard as she could. Owner, do better and don’t subject your employees or customers to this.

I had a terrible experience at this place. First, I tried to buy a boba tea in person, but they couldn’t accept my card because “their computer wasn’t working.” Then I ordered online through Seamless since they offer that option. Fifteen minutes later, I told the cashier I had placed an order, and she said they hadn’t received anything. When I told her I placed it right there, she said they no longer use that site and still refused to make my drink, even after I showed her the receipt — tip included.
To make things worse, they also refused to give me a refund because “15 minutes had passed,” and supposedly they had “already made my drink,” even though I showed her a message clearly saying they couldn’t process the refund. She didn’t care at all and kept insisting she wouldn’t do anything.
Terrible customer service. I won’t be coming back and I do not recommend this place at all.

It's actually a really good place, the Boba is good, a bit on sweet side, but the yogurt is really good everything seems fresh, and the prices are reasonable, but don't get to much, otherwise it will be more than 20 dollars.

I was standing at the front calling for the worker so I can order. He continued to ignore me and pretended he couldn’t hear me. I even called the store to get his attention and he ignored it. I will never come back here!

The employee on duty was rude and very slow. Tables were dirty and sticky. My Boba was disgusting and undrinkable. Wanted a refund but was refused. Literally had to wait half hour for 5 drinks. Never again will I shop here.

They took so long, they took the order and didn’t do it until half an hour later. The place is pretty but the service is bad. But I can only blame one person, the person who took the order because they just left the cup at the front so the girl making the boba never noticed we ordered.
Don’t be fooled I know it’s partly my fault for not telling the girl but we thought they all knew and were already making the order.
But anyways take the risk if they do it on time for you congrats I’m really happy for you just saying

They had only like 7 flavors of frozen yogurt my kids got two cups it's supposed to go by weight so it came to $29 I told him are you sure that's right because that price was on there before my son put his other he said no I don't think so let me fix it and then it came out to $15 so he was about to charge me $29 until I

It was great, excellent selection of toppings. We got 2 small cups not even full to the top, so I was pretty surprised when the total came to $24. It's not like I could put some back or something lol. Kinda felt like I'd been robbed, but the sweet dessert sorta made it better.
