So disappointed with the remodel. It has lost its character. It’s way too loud and a very awkward and scattered table layout in the other dining room with people standing around them. If you’re looking for a rowdy place to drink it’s great. Not for dinner or family. Didn’t even try the revamped menu or drinks left (which we were looking forward to) due to the overwhelming noise level.

The food is consistently great. The smoked wings and pulled pork are my favorite! Casual, light, upbeat atmosphere. My server was very attentive and knowledgeable about the items on the menu. With food this good, I'd almost assume the chef works around the clock! Highly recommend!

First time visiting. Came for dinner (4:30 ish), group of 2 people. We were seated in the back room (by ourselves) by a guy working there, 15-20 minutes go by and no one came to take our drink/food order. I can see the guy who sat us making drinks behind the bar (he never came back to our table). Finally made eye contact with a waitress, she realizes we haven’t been helped & takes our order. After she walks away we can hear her talking about us to other employees about our interaction (very unprofessional). Appetizer finally came out ~20 minutes later. We had a different server check on us occasionally, but time between each check in was long…again we are the only ones in the back room. As we were finishing our meal a group was seated in the back room with us. Seemed like the man who originally sat us knew them personally cause he was at that table constantly. In the 20 minutes they were there they got more attention from him/everyone than we did the 1hr 15 minutes we were there. The guy walked to the back corner right next to our table to adjust the lighting & didn’t even look at or talk to us. As we were leaving we pass him & he finally said “have a good night”. Overall service was terrible, didn’t seem crazy busy. Food was decent...BBQ flatbread was better than the garlic cod. Veggies were not cooked enough & the servings for the sides were small for the price of the meal. As someone visiting the area I was not greeted the way I expected.

We go to the Lanyard at least once a week. Consistently a great meal with great atmosphere and the wait staff is amazing. Always wonderful attention to detail and their customers. Luis always bends over backwards to make sure to get you a table as quickly as possible or a drink at the bar. Highly recommend to anyone!

Host was rude and annoyed that we had a big party though we didn’t mind waiting.

We were there at 1:30 today (Wednesday) and the restaurant was closed. Never mind that the window sign read"Open daily at noon". No notice given as to why they were closed.

We stopped in for drinks and a snack. We sat at the bar. The bartender was very nice and attentive and I regret not getting her name! We shared the steak tips appetizer and a cup of chowder. It was all delicious! We have the Lanyard on our list for a return visit when we come back to the Cape!

Good food, nice service from Connor, but manager decided to close 30 minutes early because although open until 10pm, 'the manager decides when it closes' very weird - totally avoid!!!

Regular stop when we’re on the cape. Used to never have to look at menu becuase the whole group knew to order chowder and a cape cod Reuben. The Reuben is GONE. MAJOR disappointment. Was our Favorite on the menu. I hope enough people request it back and they reconsider.
Cold beer, good draft list and TVs to watch the games.

Tried the cheesesteak. We liked it, but doesn’t replace the Reuben.
