Overrated pizza not nice people

Ordered a gyro and a small Mediterranean pizza both were excellent!

Pizza was ok. The crust was good, although it reminded me overall of Dominos. Being from NYC area we are spoiled. Giving service 1 star because when we went to the counter to get the pie some guy mumbled something under his breath and tossed the pie across the counter. Not how you treat customers by acting like a toddler when you’re in your 40’s. Wouldn’t go back.

We have been going to HHop since they renovated. Always happy with the food etc. This Friday we ordered 3 wraps and 1 sub. We ordered buffalo chicken wraps plain, just chicken and sauce. Steak and cheese sub, plain, (no onions etc). When we got home the Buffalo wraps were loaded with blue cheese dressing, lettuce and tomato. The steak and cheese had no cheese. We called and explained the mix up and the girl on the phone was rude, but took the correct order. We had not mentioned the steak and cheese where as we said plain, felt it was on us so we ordered a new steak and cheese expecting to pay for only that. Having the wraps “corrected”. The cost for these four sandwiches was $79! I brought the 2 wraps back and gave my new order number. The young girl got my sandwiches and said $45. I said the wraps were a remake. Instantly, the nasty blond haired girl next to here berated me. “ I told you we don’t take returns and that is how the wraps come”. (We had got a plain one prior to this). I explained I would pay for the new steak and cheese but not the wraps. She stated again not their fault. I asked to speak to the manager and she threw her hands up in the air and said “good luck”. He came over and acted like the victim. “ I’ve been doing this for 30 years” blah blah. Then dramatically threw the bad wraps away. The blond girl was waiting on customers and clearly making comments about me and the situation. (Note: she was wearing an outfit that looked like she just came from yoga, with her armpits exposed) I have never been so embarrassed in my life but stood my ground. The owner gave me the subs and said here. I explained I was not looking for anything free and left $20 for the steak and cheese. It’s a shame they made such a fuss over $30 worth of food. We will never be back and will spread the word of our experience. I don’t know how the owner lets the blonde girl get away with the way she treats customers. On a side note, the young girl who waited on me was very kind. Shame on you. Do better. The corrected wraps were terrible to boot!

Onion and garlic pizza was amazing!

Just picked up a large red sauce pizza with onion pepper and mushroom. It was $25.09 . It was relatively tasteless. Minimal cheese scant toppings . Had to add shaker cheese salt and pepper to give it flavor . The crust was chewy with little flavor.

Their large pizza is everyone else's small pizza though, that's how they get you.

Went opening day 2026 days after the blizzard the place was slammed and customer service was perfect, the food was amazing and the calzones are to die for and they kept the community fed. Best pizza around with Amazing owners, Will always be back highly recommend

Went in to try the pizza tonight and honestly it was good. Ordered two small pizzas one pepperoni and onion and the other an Hawaiian.
Sauce was flavorful good cheese cooked well.
I was a bit taken back at the price for two small pizzas. Just a little pricey I thought. 32$
It's good just not sure it was that good. Sorry just being honest.

Have eaten here before over the years having their pizza ,which I thought was pretty good. Tonight I decided to have a calzone …bad choice! It came out, soggy loaded with grease, Like literally dripping off!! It’s a shame it’s a clean establishment. A nice little bar set up when you first walk in, but maybe it was just a bad night for a calzones.
