Good soup, pleasant atmosphere. Local flavor. Shrimp boil that my husband had was not good he said due to the strange spices they used, plus the shrimp should have been cooked more. The shrimp and corn chowder was delicious though. House salad was fresh and ample size to go with my soup.
Love stopping in here when I'm in the area. Tried several items in the menu. They've all been good. Prices are quite reasonable. Staff is friendly and attentive. Just a pleasant place to enjoy a nice meal.

This is were we go when on the west side of the Connecticut river. Right off RT 91. Kind of a sports bar, family place in one. Well healed crowd. Snappy servers, good food and keno. Free parking.
