I use to go to the 99 in Saugus and always had lousy food & rude service. Since it closed I haven't been to a 99. I tried the 99 in Haverhill and I have to admit it's a great restaurant. Thank you.
Adam was a wonderful waiter. He was attentive and his service timing was perfect. When asked to have a substitute for part of my meal he was “quick” to reply, he was polite which most times is hard to come by. He was enthusiastic and very engaging.

I love coming here. The food is always consistently good and the service is better! One server that worked here unfortunately passed away, Melissa. She was wonderful and she made a huge impact on her coworkers. When I got here today I saw a beautiful memorial bench by the front door in her name. It should be that business that shows that kind of respect for their employees is top notch. It shows that they really care and it makes me want to come back.
