I love Starbucks but this one is short staffed, and slow. There is this lady that works there she’s about 70, and she has more aditude than disgust. I asked her politely that I wanted a strawberry açaí LEMONADE refresher with not berries and she yelled, SLOW DOWN DO YOU WANT LEMONADE. I do not want to continue coming there.
I just got the best white chocolate mocha ever. It came without the burnt taste that they normally come with. It was delicious! The gentleman who made it had lived in Spain and knew how to make a proper coffee
I never go to Starbucks. Ever ! However I stopped in briefly on 7/14/22 @ around 4 pm to a lovely young lady and a nice young man working. Both on the tall side. I was served a strawberry acai drink and they were so helpful and kind. I will definitely be back because of their impeccable service. I have a hearing problem so I wasn't able to catch their names when I asked but I would just like to say thank you so much to both of them ? I work close by at a large establishment...
