Our service person was wonderful. However, I could say the food needed. Great improvement. We got butternut squash soup and it was extremely salty. When I got home, I couldn’t even get my ring off my finger, which is really not the norm for me. Then we had Barbecued ribs. They were so overcooked they were edible, but on top of that instead of having any sort of sauce on it, it looked to me like they took tomato paste and just ran it over the top of the ribs. They were awful. I love this location because it’s good for us because we come from different areas of Massachusetts, but I don’t think I’ll be returning again. I’d rather drive down the street to Alma nova. I know that I’m guaranteed a better meal

I think the previous reviews don't give this restaurant justice...It is lovely inside very busy but able to handle the volume & produce some very good & tasty food..We had 8 people for lunch..Ordered all different off the menu ..Everyone had an excellent time & meal...Nancy our waitress did a great job..So sometimes don;t believe the previous reviews...

Both service, food and drinks are excellent. Except most bartenders under pour the drinks by about a third. I’m sure I’m not the only one who noticed it. Maybe now they will start filling the glasses to the top 🤞🏼🤞🏼

Incredible service! My Uber dropped off a bit earlier than expected but it was pouring rain outside. The manager was kind enough to unlock the door and let me in before they opened. Would return for this reason alone!

The staff very attentive and friendly. We had the chicken pot pie which was excellent. Scarlett oak is definitely one of my favorite restaurant for its welcoming and homey feeling.

The most over priced subpar Caesar salad with shrimp. It came smaller than a side Caesar; made them take it back because it was visually SO SMALL AND FOR 30.00. The chef plopped maybe another half a handful of salad back on the plate and mixed it in with zero effort. Diet soda was flat and I never received a refill after waiting 10 minutes I took the check and left. I have been here with groups before but never alone and rarely get out with time for myself and I won’t be back. Bartender was nice enough but overall I was unimpressed. Not worth the $$

First time trying this place and I have to say it was one of the best steak dinners I've had in a long time, cooked to perfection! The atmosphere was very cosy and had a singer on at the patio area, just what was needed for a nice relaxing dinner. Had a glass of wine and a cocktail, both which were fantastic and the staff were tremendous all night. Will definitely be back again!
