I’ve come to this Starbucks about 3–5 times, and unfortunately, it’s been a rough experience almost every time. The inside is always very chilly, which makes it uncomfortable to sit or wait.
The biggest issue is the wait time. I always place my mobile order in advance and usually give them about 10–15 minutes to make my drink before I arrive. Even with that extra time, my order is almost never ready, which causes delays in my schedule.

This has become my favorite Starbucks location. It's not as chilly as some other stores, and the music is at a level that doesn't overwhelm you but provides just enough background noise. Kat is a great store manager who takes care of her regulars; Brian is one of the many friendly baristas.
Service was very kind to us and my nephew, who was being a tad fussy when he was hungry.
