The Starbucks at Hingham is amazing, great service and always answer their phone calls, I had them re do my drink and they did it with a smile on their face and didnt ask too much questions.
Ordered a coffee and a side cup of ice. I received my coffee within reasonable time and then stood there for several minutes waiting for a cup of ice. Once the cup of ice was made it just sat on the counter until a barista moved it over to the hand off location. I understand there are other drinks going on but nobody should have to stand there waiting for that long for a cup of ice. I work at another Starbucks location on Cape Cod so I understand the ins and outs but a couple...
Only reason it's not 5 stars is cause they only list one size prices. WTAF? Just think if grocery stores started doing this. Only list prices for medium size stuff and leave the customers guessing how much for the small or large bottle/box/etc.
