The Starbucks at Hingham is amazing, great service and always answer their phone calls, I had them re do my drink and they did it with a smile on their face and didnt ask too much questions.
Ordered a coffee and a side cup of ice. I received my coffee within reasonable time and then stood there for several minutes waiting for a cup of ice. Once the cup of ice was made it just sat on the counter until a barista moved it over to the hand off location. I understand there are other drinks going on but nobody should have to stand there waiting for that long for a cup of ice. I work at another Starbucks location on Cape Cod so I understand the ins and outs but a couple...

My only complaint is that I wanted to leave a cash tip, but there was no tip jar where you pick up mobile orders. I had wait in line where people place their orders in store so I could drop it the tip jar there. It’s not a huge deal, but I hope baristas aren’t missing out on tips because of that.
