Nice folks, but they always seem to mess up even the most simple order. Ordered a toasted everything bagel with veggie cream cheese and got an un-toasted bagel with plain cream cheese. Didn't help that even at 8am the bagel was super stale.

I haven't had trouble stopping by at this Dunkin Donuts although knowing all the staff that have been in and out of this store. I do want to say that the young lady that attended me was great! I can say that she was doing the right thing. As for the Director of operations Ana was rude and unprofessional to her employee. If there was an issue I think that it shouldn't be dealt with in front of customers. Besides that the breakfast sandwich that I was handed had a hair...

This dunkin is okay. You just really got to be precise about how you want everything from your drinks to the food or they would honestly do whatever they want with it:/ There was this one time they gave my friends and I cold raw hash browns we were a little upset about it but we just didn’t want to start a big fit about it so we just threw them out and left, one thing I could say positively is that there iced coffees do be hitting :)
