Stopped here to fill up on gas at the Shell and grabbed a quick bite to eat. I ordered the Sweet Pepper Bacon egg and cheese on a croissant it was not edible. The croissant was hard and the cheese wasn’t even melted. Service was quick but the food was gross. I ended up going down the street to a different Dunkin and they were kind of enough to remake me a fresh sandwich. This location being next to a gas station should upgrade the quality of food being served to customers.

I am not sure what happened with manners. But this place clearly does not have any zero customer service skills at that window. But this has become the norm. And even with all the bad marks, the manager will not make any changes or address the issues.

I worked here for 2-3 months. I loved all of my co workers besides the one of the managers. Completely disrespectful, unprofessional yelling at her own employees in front of customers, and very un-motivated and demeaning training was given as if I was her child. I eventually had enough and quit & was also the first job/franchise I’ve worked for and had to call corporate to make a complaint. The turn over rate at this location is crazy and it starts with the leadership. There’s a difference between leading and managing , bees work for honey not vinegar.

Staff is extremely unprofessional, inappropriate and made my experience one that'll be my last. Zero standards. Zero care. Place has gone down the drain. Wrong change, wrong order, waited 22 minutes in line and then 12 at the window. Staff was verbally distasteful and cursing. Rude is an understatement. Horrible. Place should just be wiped out and start all over. New people, top priority.

Several bad experiences in this place, when you order something in the app, it’s because you don’t have the time to be waiting.My previous orders were never complete for some reason ??♂️ and my last order when I go to pick her up, the young woman who is supposedly working she is very pleasant talking on her cell phone ? what a discomfort.I think they should put restrictions on it or change the staff for someone more efficient.

you can rebuild this place a thousand times over and it will still suck. Same rude, inattentive, and unprofessional staff. you can’t get a coffee within a decent time it’s always more than 15 to 20 minutes if you’re lucky.

Ordered ahead on the app to pickup via drive thru. I get to the drive thru - guy who spoke as quiet as a mouse says the drive thru is closed and I need to park at a pump and walk in. Walked in - order wasn't ready. Had to yell my order at the one other employee because she couldn't hear me with an airpod in. If youre in a hurry at all. avoid this location at all costs.
