I worked here for 2-3 months. I loved all of my co workers besides the one of the managers. Completely disrespectful, unprofessional yelling at her own employees in front of customers, and very un-motivated and demeaning training was given as if I was her child. I eventually had enough and quit & was also the first job/franchise I’ve worked for and had to call corporate to make a complaint. Staff is extremely unprofessional, inappropriate and made my experience one that'll be my last. Zero standards. Zero care. Place has gone down the drain. Wrong change, wrong order, waited 22 minutes in line and then 12 at the window. Staff was verbally distasteful and cursing. Rude is an understatement. Horrible. Place should just be wiped out and start all over. New people, top priority.

I am not sure what happened with manners. But this place clearly does not have any zero customer service skills at that window. But this has become the norm. And even with all the bad marks, the manager will not make any changes or address the issues.
