Pillowy soft, delicious and amazing flavor lineup that changes all the time with the season, holidays, and just for fun (but there's always some faithful flavors available all the time)! I shop only vegan due to dietary restrictions, and this place labels their flavors, so it's easy to navigate my allergy restrictions if I hop on their site before ordering in store. Plus, I can order LARGE orders online ahead of time for my whole office and it's easy pickup on my way to work! My office bagel buddies say the cream cheese special flavors here are crazy awesome, and the bagels themselves are top competitor with NY bagels - Kudos, Comfort Bagel!! Oh, and did i mention their bagel sandwiches? 😱“

They have a solid selection of pastries and light snacks (including items from Vegan Pizzaland/Coffee Counter after 10am), but don't expect to get a full meal. “After moving to the area, Nosh Café and Restaurant has quickly become one of my favorite places to enjoy brunch in Springfield. They offer a fantastic selection of vegetarian and vegan options which can sometimes be hard to find. Additionally, the atmosphere is both fun and relaxing with consistently friendly and welcoming staff. If you like to read or are looking for a new cookbook, Nosh has quite the selection of books available for purchase.

The ambience of the restaurant is quite delightful, it’s a nice relaxed setting that makes it very easy to enjoy a meal. Over my times there, I believe I’ve tried every menu on the drink and all of them have been fantastic. The Sophia‘s sour is one of the best adult beverages I’ve had. The passion fruit meshes perfectly with the Mezcal. The food. The food. My goodness there are no words that could do justice to how incredible the flavors are. The menu has come constant dishes, the milk bread is a favorite of anyone I’ve brought, but keep the menu very fresh with lots of new choices. Their current special of pad horapa neua gae is quite possibly the best dish in the world. Their current special texture of the lamb is balanced by a spice that is the definition of perfection. It’s a spice that’ll build slowly and just right. I’ll order this dish once a week until they take it off their menu. This is the best restaurant in Western Massachusetts, and so far, in the entire state.“

“We’re in town from Virginia and were looking for a locally owned place for ice cream. This place was perfect! Very cute with lots of flavors. Plenty of outdoor seating for such a small place. There were only a couple of young ladies working and they were quite busy as it is a sunny Saturday but they handled the rush quite well. My husband and I own and orientate our own ice cream shop so we know how these busy times can be! We’d definitely come back when we’re in the area again.“

“My husband and I were avid Starbucks espresso drinkers who wanted fresher espresso and started trying different local coffee shops/cafes in the area. Most were really good but Ludlow coffee Co is amazing and honestly top notch. I haven’t found a place I like more. The cold foam is deliciously whipped and doesn’t fall flat. I’ve had several coffee meets with my friends here and we all love the chill vibe it gives as well. Sandwiches and pastries are also delicious and very well made. Good portion size for the price. There are dairy free options such as almond or oat milk. No soy option. Great spot to stop for coffee. I recommend this spot to everyone and stopped looking for my favorite local coffee shop/cafe because I found mine.“

“It is great to order something basic and have it be outstanding. I had a large sundae with vanilla soft serve, pineapple topping, whipped cream with a cherry. The soft serve has excellent flavor and perfect texture. The pineapple topping was tasty. They make their own whipped cream and it is a difference maker. While not a new customer, the simple option showed how really good this place is!“

The line was down the side walk a bit but that's to be expected on a Saturday evening in the summer, but fear not the fine ice cream slingers behind the window slayed that line in no time. “New City Brewery is a fun spot in town with a large selection of beers and a full bar; at the time they had some fun and festive holiday drinks. The bar food menu has variety — we tried the nachos which was good. There are plenty of tables in the back if you want to hang out, and they have a whole section full of games to play. Our bartender was super friendly (didn’t catch her name though :( ); she let us sample a few beers to help us choose and even told us about an upcoming drag show they were hosting, which made the place feel especially welcoming and LGBTQ friendly. The Culinary Arts Department at the Smith Vocational and Agricultural High School operates a student-run restaurant three days a week, Wednesday through Friday of most weeks, from 10:45 AM to 12:30 PM. There is menu service on Wednesdays and Thursdays and an all you can eat buffet on most Fridays, which is currently priced at only $15.00. The menu changes weekly and is posted online.
