I had a great experience at the Holyoke Mall Sbarro. My server was Joshua and I wasn't able to get the small salad that I originally wanted, but when I decided to get a slice of pepperoni pizza, he threw in an extra slice because he could not grant me my original order. The part I liked wasn't about the extra slice I got to eat, but the fact he even thought about how I might feel. I cannot say it enough how much the excellent customer service made me feel for the rest of the day....read full review
