Can't say enough about The Log Cabin, Delaney House and D. Hotel for my Son and Daughter-in-Law's Wedding. The lodging, rehearsal dinner and wedding exceeded expectations! The venue was absolutely gorgeous, the food was delicious, the service and staff were great!
Thank you to all for helping make Andrew and Erin's Wedding so perfect!

I was fortunate enough to attend a wedding at the Log Cabin. It was a great experience. Everything was perfect, the venue, the view, the food, but most importantly, the staff. Matt, Sammy, Nicole and the rest of the team were amazing!

Perfect venue for my son's wedding, very accommodating and food was wonderful. The views were very beautiful for a fall wedding.

Went to a wedding there. This place is awesome. It over looks the Berkshires. Amazing view with all the foliage. 5 different weddings going on at once so it was a little confusing. I would definitely recommend having a wedding there or going to one!!!

Went to a friend's wedding and this place is stunning!! The bathrooms are huge and we're spotless. The food was so incredible too and all the staff were super nice and fun and joked with us. The views at the altar were absolutely gorgeous too!

I drive charter bus and brought a group of people there for a meal and a show. I have been bringing people there for yrs and was treated just like the people I brought. Now under new management drivers are treated like crap. In years past we always had a choice of chicken or stake and always got a lobster after main course. But this time was told all drivers get is chief choice. So the chief gives us chicken but not even same as the group. Basically pulled it out of freezer and cooked in microwave. It was like rubber no flavor. So gets better when asked for ketchup, barbecue sauce was told no but did get some hot sauce after was almost done. Asked for sour cream for potato and didn't receive til done with. There was 6 drivers at the table and we all could not believe how we were treated. Our conversation was how we are going to tell our passengers to go to the Brown stone in Jersey were the food is awesome and they take excellent care of the drivers. We also discussed how the old owners treated us as guest instead as servants and that we hope they come back and take over. I don't highly recommend this place unless management changes. The only good thing was entertainment.

I don't often write reviews, but I feel compelled to share our experience with the Log Cabin banquet facility in Holyoke, MA. Our family held a wedding this past weekend at the Log Cabin and we could not be more pleased with the facility and the staff. Everything was handled so well by them that we did not have to worry for anything and just focused on enjoying the wedding. In particular we have to thank Kelly, the evening's event coordinator, who was magnificent. She managed her team and our wedding party flawlessly and so professionally. And when we struggled to fix the bustle on the bride's wedding gown, she even stepped in with us and helped us set it up properly. Her associates Emily and Gigi were just as helpful. I came to the room early and found many waitstaff circling the tables focused on making sure each place setting was just right. It's such a relief to find people being so mindful of their work! We lucked out on weather and were able to hold the wedding ceremony outside and the setting and views there are spectacular. My experience with the Log Cabin is worthy of a five star review!

We could not have chosen a better venue for our wedding. Amanda, Matt, Hanna, Casey, and all of the staff at the Log Cabin helped to make our wedding day as perfect as it could possibly be. They made the planning process so as smoothly and stress free as possible. Our day of coordinator Matt and his team helped to take every ounce of pressure off our shoulders the day of so that we could truly immerse ourselves in our guests and our experience. Everyone we worked with, especially Matt and Amanda, were professional, knowledgeable, kind, and fun! Matt and our head waitress Hanna even made it out on the dance floor with us.. I mean come on!! It can’t get much better than that.

The interior and back exterior of the venue is what dreams are made of. The ceremony location over looking the Berkshires was perfection. The landscaping was the perfect backdrop for every one of our photos. The back patio that we had access to for cocktail hour and throughout our whole reception was unique and stunning. Finally, the sunset we got to experience from the patio was like nothing I have ever seen before. Thank you is an understatement

We attended a wedding there today and everything was awesome. Food was very good, above average for sure. The serving staff was outstanding. For sure the best I've experienced at a large event, about 100 people.

I would give negative stars if I could!!Went to Mother’s Day brunch, it was terrible. Most of the hot food was barely warm, salad bar was a joke 4-5 different spots for food only thing was good was carving station.Tons of desserts for some reason ( too much) they should have focused more on the food. Lots of sauces out of a can or some kind of mix, Alfredo, vodka, hollandaise.Eggs were definitely powdered eggs. At the price point they were charging everything should be homemade.Very disappointing Log Cabin has a great reputation. The wait staff was very good, if the Log Cabin continues like this they won’t be around for long.Left there feeling ripped off, it’s too bad I got married there 25 years ago it was fantastic!!That’s the new American way…..It’s all about the money forget quality or taking pride in your work.
