We tried Texas Smoke Shack yesterday for the first time. We tried a little of everything. It is hard to pick a favorite. The Texas Twinkie was yummy. The ribs with the dry rub were absolutely delicious. My husband said it was the best brisket he has ever had! Definitely will be going back!
Not only were the burnt ends and chicken sandwiches first class, but the whole interaction was pleasant! This old Texas boy gives Texas Smoke Shack two thumbs up! 👍❤️👍

The Texas Twinkie and ribs with dry rub are absolutely delicious, while the burnt ends and chicken sandwiches are first class. The meat is so tender and melts in your mouth, especially in the Burnt Ends Sandwich with BBQ sauce. The Mac & Cheese, Cowboy Corn, and potato salad are packed full of flavor and some of the best ever had. This food truck is definitely worth visiting for outstanding pulled pork and more.
